FarmAny - Terms of Use

Welcome to FarmAny! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FarmAny web application ("Application") and any related services provided by FarmAny ("Services"). By accessing or using the Application and Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application or Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Application and Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Application on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. User Accounts
2.1. In order to access certain features of the Application, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any actions taken using your account. You must immediately notify FarmAny of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Use of the Application and Services
3.1. You may only use the Application and Services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3.2. You agree not to use the Application or Services to:
Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Interfere with or disrupt the Application, Services, or servers or networks connected to the Application.
Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4. AnyCredit: Virtual Currency
4.1. Introduction to AnyCredit
FarmAny may offer a virtual coin system known as "AnyCredit" that can be used within the Application to facilitate transactions, charges, exchanges, and refunds for products and services offered by providers and purchased by buyers. AnyCredit can also be utilized for purchases at local stores that have partnered with FarmAny.
4.2. Purchasing AnyCredit
Users may purchase AnyCredit through the designated payment methods available within the Application. The value of AnyCredit purchased will be equivalent to the amount paid in the user's local currency.
4.3. Using AnyCredit
AnyCredit can be used to pay for products and services listed on the Application by converting the equivalent value of the product's price in AnyCredit. When making a purchase using AnyCredit, the AnyCredit balance will be deducted accordingly.
In addition to online transactions, users can also use their AnyCredit balance for purchases at local stores that are part of the FarmAny partner network. These stores will display the AnyCredit logo indicating their acceptance of AnyCredit as a form of payment.
4.4. Exchange Rate
The exchange rate between AnyCredit and the user's local currency will be clearly indicated within the Application. This exchange rate is subject to change and may vary based on market conditions.
4.5. Refunds and AnyCredit
Refunds for purchases made using AnyCredit will be processed in AnyCredit. If a user requests a refund for a purchase made with AnyCredit, the equivalent amount of AnyCredit will be credited back to the user's account.
AnyCredit refunds are subject to the same refund policies as purchases made with traditional payment methods. Refund eligibility and processes will be in accordance with the Application's refund policy.
4.6. Transferability and Expiry
AnyCredit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit outside the Application.
AnyCredit will expire at the beginning of the month that is 180 days after the date of acquisition. Users will be notified of the expiration date of their AnyCredit balance, and it is the responsibility of the user to use their AnyCredit before it expires.
4.6.1. Expired AnyCredit Transfer
Upon the expiration of AnyCredit, the remaining balance will be automatically converted to the user's local currency based on the prevailing exchange rate. If the user has provided their bank account information, the converted amount will be deposited into the user's bank account, subject to a bank deposit fee. If bank account information is not provided, the expired AnyCredit will be forfeited.
4.7. Withdrawal of AnyCredit
Users have the option to withdraw AnyCredit at any time, subject to a withdrawal rate fee and a bank deposit fee. The withdrawal rate fee and bank deposit fee will be deducted from the AnyCredit amount being withdrawn. The withdrawal rate fee, bank deposit fee, and other withdrawal terms will be clearly stated within the Application.
4.8. Modification or Termination
FarmAny reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the AnyCredit system at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, users may be given the opportunity to use their remaining AnyCredit balance within a specified timeframe.
4.9. Unauthorized Use
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their AnyCredit balance and account credentials. FarmAny is not responsible for any unauthorized use of AnyCredit due to the user's failure to protect their account information.
4.10. Disputes and AnyCredit
Disputes related to AnyCredit transactions, charges, exchanges, and refunds will be handled in accordance with the Application's standard dispute resolution process.
By using AnyCredit within FarmAny, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this section. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using AnyCredit within the Application.
5. Transactions
All product transactions within the Application will be conducted exclusively through the AnyCredit system. Buyers will be required to use AnyCredit to make purchases, and providers will receive payments in AnyCredit.
6. Termination
FarmAny reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Application and Services at its sole discretion, with or without cause and without notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application and Services are provided "as is" and without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
FarmAny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application and Services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
FarmAny reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Application, and your continued use of the Application and Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
By using FarmAny, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Application and Services.
