ローゼルの特徴は「色」と「酸味」です。きれいなワイン色を楽しめる「ティー」としてお飲みください。甘味がないので、はちみつを入れると飲みやすいです。収穫したフレッシュローゼルは、一つずつ手作業で種を抜き、洗浄後に天日干ししています。太陽の恵みを存分に味わってください。
